Conditions of participation

1. Olympus Deutschland GmbH, Amsinckstraße 63, 20097 Hamburg, Germany (hereinafter referred to as “Olympus”) is running a promotion. 
Customers taking part will receive an F1.2 PRO lens worth up to 1399 € as a free gift when purchasing an OM-D E-M1 Mark II. "
2. The promotion applies for any Olympus OM-D E-M1 Mark II (body or kit) purchased between September 1 and October 31, 2020.
"3. The full claim for the free F1.2 PRO lens must be received by 11/30/2020. 
After all information has been checked, the gift will be sent in the mail. Any claims received after this time will not be honored. To qualify for the promotion, the date of purchase must be shown on the purchase receipt."
"4. The promotion only applies for purchases of new goods. Used or imported products are not included in the promotion. 
In order to take part in the promotion, the Olympus OM-D E-M1 Mark II (body or kit) needs to have been purchased in one of the following countries: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Sweden, the Netherlands, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Belgium, France, United Kingdom, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, Czech Republic, Poland, Italy, Luxemburg.
The gift can only be shipped to the country in which the E-M1 Mark II was purchased."

"7. To claim the gift, participants must complete all fields in the online form that are marked with an asterisk. First name, surname and address are required to send the gift to the customer. 
The e-mail address will be used to inform the participant about the status of the promotion and to contact them if there is any missing or incorrect information. The product’s serial number will be checked by Olympus. The purchase receipt for the product must also be uploaded in full and a legible form."
8. Olympus has commissioned the following promotions agency (hereinafter referred to as “Agency”) to run this promotion:

9. The Agency is authorized to process, view and store all data submitted relating to this promotion according to the applicable data protection law.
10. Data protection: All data collected as part of this promotion will be used by Olympus and the Agency solely for the purposes of this promotion. The data will be treated as confidential and will neither be passed on nor sold to third parties. All personal data will be deleted from our database six months after the end of this promotion. 
11. After registering, participants will automatically be sent an e-mail informing them that their claim for the gift has been received and is being checked.
12. It can take up to 30 days from the date of the claim for the gift to be sent. The gift will be sent at the risk of the participant.  Olympus does not accept any liability for loss or delays in transit.
"13. Only the respective original purchaser is permitted to take part in the promotion. 
The promotion is limited to one product per person. Each customer is only entitled to receive one gift in total.
It is not permitted to take part in the promotion on more than one occasion. Duplicate names, serial numbers and e-mail addresses are automatically checked."
14. Olympus reserves the right to reject claims if no VAT was paid.
15. Olympus reserves the right to reject claims if they are incorrect or inapplicable. Damaged, illegible and, incomplete claims and purchase receipts are not valid. The decision of Olympus as to elibility shall be final and binding.
16. Products that have been returned are not included in the promotion. Olympus reserved the right to verify the serial number to establish whether a product was returned. If the product was returned, the gift received must be returned to Olympus.
17. Olympus bears no liability in the event that this offer cannot be fulfilled, if force majeure prevents it from doing so or if it is no longer possible to fulfill the offer satisfactorily and none of the parties is at fault.

18. Olympus reserves the right to end the promotion or change the terms and conditions of the promotion at any time

20. This offer is only valid whilst stocks last. Olympus accepts no liability in the event that dealers cannot deliver goods within the promotional period or if the products or gifts are not available.  Olympus reserves the right to swap the gift for another of equivalent value.
21. By claiming the gift via the website specified in Clause 6, the participant agrees to these conditions and, furthermore, declares that they have read and understood the data protection declaration and that the information they have provided is correct and complete.
22. This promotion is governed by the substantive laws of Germany. The German courts in Hamburg will have exclusive jurisdiction to deal with any dispute, which has arisen or may arise out of, or in connection with, this promotion.
